Rooted is a structured, comprehensive program for women who want more than symptom management. Through weekly coaching, evidence-informed education, and personalized implementation, Rooted helps you support hormone health at the root and build systems that last beyond temporary motivation.
Over 12 weeks, we work through the foundations that shape women’s health, including metabolism and blood sugar support, adrenal and thyroid foundations, gut and liver support, nervous system and circadian rhythm regulation, and cycle and fertility foundations.
Hi, I’m Dakota
I’m a Board Certified Health Coach and Personal Trainer whose path into this work was deeply personal. After years of navigating fatigue, gut issues, hormonal imbalance, inflammation, and autoimmune challenges, I learned how to support the body at the root — and it changed the course of my life.
Today, I help clients feel stronger, healthier, and more supported through personal training, health coaching, and women’s hormone support that is grounded, personalized, and built for real life.
