Why 12 weeks

Rooted is designed as a 12-week experience because hormones and habits both need time.

Hormones do not shift in a straight line. They constantly respond to inputs, and need consistency before meaningful change can be seen or felt. A single week can give us clues, but 12 weeks gives us patterns. It allows us to look beyond quick fixes and start understanding what your body is actually communicating.

And just as importantly, 12 weeks gives your habits time to take root.

Real change is not built from one perfect week. It is built through repetition and practice. Research on habit formation shows that new behaviors often take closer to two months or more to become automatic — which means a 12-week container is long enough for those changes to become part of who you are.

Rooted has three powerful phases that work synchronistically.

Phase 1 builds safety and sets metabolic foundations. Before you can heal, your body needs to feel safe. Here we work to regulate your stress hormones, stabilize your blood sugar, ignite your metabolism and ground your nervous system.

Now that your foundation is set, it’s time to rebuild your systems. Phase 2 works by addressing your internal machinery through cycle syncing, optimizing detox pathways, supporting your thyroid & adrenals, and building strength.

Phase 2 (weeks 5-8)

In this final phase, we anchor your transformation, integrating the practices, and stepping into your next season with confidence and results. Phase 3 is all about habit science, embodiment, expansion, resilience and longevity.

Rooted is a 12-week, high-touch coaching experience designed to help you stop guessing, understand your body, and build hormone-supportive routines that actually fit your life.

This is not a generic wellness plan, a self-paced course, or another list of habits to perform perfectly. Rooted combines private coaching, personalized planning, functional hormone education, implementation support, and long-term behavior change tools inside one deeply supported 90-day container.

  • We begin with a full deep-dive intake session where we look at the bigger picture of your health, symptoms, cycle patterns, energy, stress, sleep, movement, nourishment, routines, lifestyle, and goals.

    This is where you get to tell the whole story — what you have been experiencing, what you have tried, what has felt confusing, and what you are hoping to feel instead.

    Rather than jumping into a generic plan, we use this session to identify patterns, clarify priorities, and create a starting point that feels grounded in your real life. You will leave feeling seen, understood, and clear on what we are working toward together

  • Each week, we meet 1:1 for a dedicated coaching session focused entirely on you.

    These sessions give you space to review your symptoms, habits, cycle patterns, energy, stress, progress, questions, and challenges. We will talk through what is working, what is not working, and what needs to be adjusted so your plan continues to align with your goals, values, and capacity.

    This is where the personalization happens. Instead of trying to force yourself into a rigid plan, you receive guidance that evolves with your body and your real life. You are not handed information and left to figure it out alone. You are supported through the process so the work can actually become part of your life.

  • You will not have to wait until the next session to get support.

    Rooted includes unlimited office-hours support so you can ask questions, receive guidance, and troubleshoot in real time as you implement the work between sessions.

    This is one of the most valuable parts of the program because real life happens between calls. When something feels confusing, overwhelming, or uncertain, you have a place to bring it. You do not have to guess, spiral, or abandon the plan because you are unsure what to do next.

    You are supported inside the actual process of change, not just during a weekly appointment.

  • You will receive a personalized, professionally bound Rooted workbook that supports you through the full 12-week experience.
